Hello Tom, from not very far away (southwest Virginia). I'm enjoying your blog, as much as anyone can enjoy what you're writing about. It needs to be said, so don't stop! I garden organically, and plan to sell our surplus in the local farmers market. I'll also have bees this year. The decline in beekeeping, along with the severe decline in wild bee populations, is of great concern to state agricultural folk. It's not uncommon for "pollinators" (people who keep bees primarily to pollinate crops, not necessarily to produce honey) to carry a tractor-trailor load (500 hives) across the country to pollinate California crops, because there aren't enough local beekeepers there. You mentioned the assistance North Carolina is giving to new beekeepers--Virginia passed legislation last year to encourage the growth of beekeeping, but didn't provide any funding for it. But it's not expensive to get started in beekeeping on a small scale--find a local association and you can usually buy most of what you need from other members (and you get their invaluable advice for free).

Thanks for having written the article. It was pleasant to study what you are writing, however on the whole I can't match with your opinion seeing that I have got particular thoughts on my mind. I suppose that it is entirely irrelevant to act in this manner in case we're talking about everyday's life. In any case, I would not keep to any of the counsel you are giving.

This was rather interesting to interpret what exactly you are up to, however generally I won't have the same opinion with your opinion since I have got several thoughts in my brain. I think that it can be fully irrelevant to act this way in case we are talking about everyday's life. At least, I wouldn't follow any of the information you're supplying.
